Store Manager | Westfield Chermside, Brisbane

 

 

 

About the role:

 

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our Chermside team and represent the successful AS Colour brand. If you’re driven by retail excellence and ready to take the next step with an industry leader, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

 

 

What you will do:

 

  • Oversee all areas of the store, operations and crew.
  • Driving the growth of the business and brand.
  • Create an environment that's customer service driven, welcoming and safe for both shoppers and colleagues.
  • Making sure our high standards of store presentation and merchandising are always met.
  • As the retail face of AS Colour, you'll be informing and educating customers about our range and helping them find the right product for their needs.
  • Motivate and develop the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver great service.
  • Ensuring rosters, timesheets, payroll and staffing levels are accurate and adequate to meet all customer and business needs.

 

We want to work with someone who has:
 

  • 2 years retail management experience (streetwear, apparel or fashion preferred, also open to strong hospitality, tourism or customer service leaders).
  • A sound knowledge of AS Colour and be a fan of the brand.
  • The ability to think quickly, solve problems and engage with a wide range of people in a positive manner.
  • Experience in stock control, roster and payroll management.
  • Proven leadership success and be able to create an engaging environment for the customers and team.
  • Someone with excellent time management, high attention to detail and who remains calm under pressure.
  • We are a close-knit group in retail, so you'll have to work well with a team and have previous results in coaching and developing people.
  • Worked with wholesale would be ideal.
  • The right to live and work in Australia permanently.

We are looking for a flexible casual Retail Assistant with weekday and weekend availability to join our AS Colour team! It will be a great opportunity if you love retail, enjoy providing outstanding customer service and thrive in a great team environment. Availiability over the festive season is must! 

 

 

 

What you will do:

 

  • Contribute to a customer service-focused atmosphere that is inviting for both customers and team members.

  • Ensure that our store's presentation and merchandising consistently meet high standards.

  • As the face of AS Colour, you'll educate and assist customers in discovering the right products to suit their needs.

     

 

 

We want to work with someone who has:
 

  • Previous retail experience is ideal, however if you're enthusiastic, hardworking and a fast learner, you may already have what it takes.

  • Someone who has flexibility to cover shifts when required - weekday and weekend availability is a must!
  • We have a close-knit crew of retail staff so you'll have to work well with a team and have good time management.

  • Ideally, you'd have a well-developed sense of your own style and a genuine love for selling high quality basic apparel.

  • Be a fan of the brand and enjoy delivring a fantastic retail experience.
