Social Responsibility
From the conception, “doing the right thing” has been important to us and our customers.
We believe it is the responsibility of every individual to be a good citizen, and while being a small player in a global market can at times be daunting, we believe our impact on human rights can be just as significant as larger operations and that we can all make a difference. We collaborate with leading global supply chain initiatives to ensure we're meeting our own stringent commitments on responsible sourcing.
OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Reduce waste, prioritise sustainable materials, design for circularity, and ensure a sustainable, ethical supply chain.
OUR PARTNERSHIPS
Women make up over 80% of the global garment workforce. We've partnered with Reemi to make a difference for the women who produce for AS Colour.
Period equity for all
AS Colour has partnered with Reemi — a non-profit organisation providing culturally appropriate, sustainable and innovative period products to people in developing countries.

Garment care guide
If you care for your garments, and extend their life by as little as nine months, you can reduce their carbon footprint by around 20 – 30 percent. Here’s a few simple tips and tricks to help you maximise the life of your garments.
Our factories
We seek to find and work with factory owners and management who share our values, operate a culture of dignity and respect, are in for the long term, and who like us are willing to embrace change and continuous improvement.
Our code of conduct
We care how we do business, who we do business with, and how people are treated. This Code helps us ensure we, and our suppliers, act respectfully and responsibly.
Our supply chain
We prioritise transparency and traceability across all levels of our supply chain. Our supply chain is made up of five levels, which include 32 garment factories.
